What is the difference between plans?

Starter/Growth answer 'when users ask AI, will it recommend my entity, who it recommends, and why' — focusing on AI mention rate, competitor Share of Voice, citation sources and hallucination monitoring. Pro/Business target multi-entity organizations and additionally cover cross-city benchmarking, industry index and multi-region dashboards. All three share the same AI Recommendation Intelligence engine.

What are the free limits?

The free plan supports 1 entity and 3 AI visibility checks per month, and shows the ARI total score and key metrics. The full issue list, competitor comparison, history trend and weekly report unlock after upgrade. Whitepapers are free to read online.

Do unused credits roll over to next month?

No. Check credits reset every month on your subscription date; unused credits do not carry over. After upgrading, the new quota takes effect immediately.

Which payment methods do you support? Can I cancel anytime?
